Warranty, Repairs and Servicing
The owner must show proof of purchase.
As this is a return-to-base warranty please note the following:
- Within 12 months - No costs incurred by the customer.
- If packaging is required then we will send it to you with a DPD courier shop return label inside for you to drop the machine off at your most convenient shop.
- After 12 months - Courier costs of £30 incurred. This covers sending a box to you with a DPD courier shop return label inside to return the machine to us and delivery of the repaired machine.
Conditions of Product Guarantee:
- The product has been used according to our recommendations and all reasonable care has been taken.
- Does not cover damage, malfunction or failure, resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse or use other than that for which it was designed.
- No repairs, alterations or modifications have been attempted, other than by an authorised service agent, dealer or the company or with our written permission
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
