The Reviber Six Week Challenge - Meet Dionne

There’s nothing more reliable than hearing about what the Reviber 6 Week Challenge can do for you, than from hearing from a selection of everyday people who have first-hand experience of completing it.

Meet Dionne

I’m Dionne, I’m 53 years old. I’m a property developer. I have a daughter Abbey and a Grandchild. I want to get rid of my back fat and want to get rid of my belly. My daughter got pregnant and I got fat.

Trial aims:

Feels she gained the baby fat on behalf of her daughter and wants it gone,

particularly around her tum, back and muffin tops.

Changes; although Dee trains regularly she tends to do the same things

and wants the confidence/knowledge to try new things and change her routine.

Measurements pre-trial

Arms; right 12.75" /left 12.25"

Chest: 39"

Waist; 30.5"

Hips; 38.75"

Legs; right 23.15" / left 22.75"

Dionne worked her arms and upper body using the resistance bands on the Reviber Fusion, her butt and thighs doing sets of squats and hamstrings and backs of her thighs by completing sets of lunges.

Then back to the upper body doing sets of triceps hinges and core work by doing abdominal sit crunches.

And to finish each session Dionne does a short burst on the Reviber Vibrating Foam Roller. This finishing roller workout helped massage tired muscles and helped speed up recovery for the next session. But the roller also does something else. The Reviber Roller is great for battling cellulite. It does this by pressing directly on the target areas of cellulite. It’s vibrating rolling action presses and irons out the uneven cellulite. The flat surface is to pull the surface of your skin tight again after the deep kneading massage of the fingers and thumbs.

After three weeks of working out for three weeks, Dionne was remeasured.

(Halfway through)

Arms right and left; 12"

Chest; 36.75"

Waist; 28.5"

Hips; 36.5"

Legs; 23" both

3 weeks on and Dee has lost 7.6" all over

So how’s it going?

“I think it’s going great! The shaky shaky is a totally new concept to me and I'm enjoying the classes. I've never lost so many inches in so little time (Marlene, of course, would have killed me if I didn't!). At first I hated the foam roller because it hurt, but now I'm getting used to it. "Marlene, of course, is wonderful, very positive and motivational, it would be great if there were regular classes after the trial to maintain to maintain and improve our form. My backside is 'pert' and well on its way to perfection and my back fat is definitely on its way out! I feel more like my petite old self and having a halfway measure up has definitely motivated me to carry on.”

What is your favourite exercise?

“My favourite exercises are lunges and plank!"

What do you think is the most effective exercise?

“Arms because of using the resistance bands and I can control the intensity too.”

What exercise do you hate the most?

“I hate sit-ups because I haven’t mastered the alien breathing technique!”

What do you still want to achieve?

“Tone up more.”

Have you noticed any change in the skin tone (cellulite)?

"No, but I've never had cellulite but I'm much more flexible and that’s definitely down to the foam roller"

At the end of the sixth week, Dionne was measured to see what the final results would be.

End trial results

Arms right and left; 12"

Chest; 36.5"

Waist; 28."

Hips; 36.5"

Legs; 22.5"

Total Inch loss....9 inches!

Are you happy with your inch loss?

“No more back fat and my backside looks amazing... I've bought a body con jump suit to show off my new bum... this has been a totally new concept for me and I can mix and match to my gym routines… Now that the trial is over I can guilt trip Marlene into some personal training - the perks of being the big sister! I definitely feel like my old self!"

Will you keep it up?

“Definitely… as I said... I have my own personal PT "!

Would you recommend our products?

“Yes I would... and no...i'm not giving the roller back.... the baby loves it... it's her favourite piece of kit!”
