Week 6 Afterthoughts

This exercise programme has grown into an advanced level of exercise. Much more than I was capable of even dreaming of at the beginning of the trial. It’s been a progression, increasing week by week and has required me to keep up with the demand by repeating the programme as thoroughly as possible. Because I’ve kept the blog and had to film myself, I’ve had to make sure that I’m doing everything to the best of my abilities. I’ve really not enjoyed looking at myself sweating and puffing away, and listening to the sound of my own voice is frankly torturous! But, the positive thing that has come on through this short amount of time is that I’ve felt a difference and can see some improvement. I’m certainly standing a lot taller a feel I’ve got a bit of the shape back that I needed.

Week 6 Reviber Trial Exercises

3 sets of 16 repetitions:

  • W’s with extensions
  • Side arm raises
  • Front arm raises
  • Squats
  • Side step squats
  • Cross squat pulls
  • Lunges
  • Sided push ups 16 each side 3x sets
  • Plank on Fusion plate 40 second planks 3x sets
  • Side planks 20 seconds each side 3x sets
  • Sit crunches x 24 x 3 sets
  • Oblique side crunches x 24 sets

End with rolling session much later!

  • Calfs
  • Hams
  • Glutes
  • Quads
