Delivery Information
ONE HOUR DELIVERY WINDOW
We despatch our orders using the award-winning DPD Predict courier service, which offers all our U.K customers a precise one-hour delivery window so you don't have to wait in all day for your parcels.
You will receive email notification when the parcel is collected from us, as well as a notification on the morning of delivery to advise you of your one hour delivery window. If you also enter your mobile number, you will also receive the message by text. If the delivery date is not convenient, you can change it by using the text or email.
Courier Delivery to Home or Work.
Easy Returns
If you are unable to return the machine to us for a full refund, we offer a collection service - deducting £15 from the refund to cover the cost of collection.
Free next day delivery
U.K. delivery is free and despatched on a 24 hour, next-working-day service. Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday (Monday to Friday) will be despatched the same day (along with orders placed after 2pm on the previous day).
Friday Orders
Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday and before 2pm on Friday will arrive on Monday.
Weekend Orders
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and after 2pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Delivery times
Couriers deliver between 9am and 5:30pm. If you happen to be out, they will leave a card to let you know they called and will come back the next day. Orders to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and some areas in the Highlands & Islands of Scotland may take two days to be delivered.

Additional Delivery Instructions
If you would like to add delivery instructions (such as "leave with neighbour at number 99 if I'm out) please request this in the 'order comments' at checkout - or by contacting us after placing the order. Usually couriers won't leave it with a neighbour unless asked to (as above) but for those who definitely don't want it left with a neighbour, we can instruct the couriers that it is only to be delivered to you.
Alternative Delivery Day
If next day delivery doesn't suit you and would like an alternative day, please request this in the order comments at checkout - or by contacting us after placing the order. This allows you to place the order when it is convenient to you without having to be at home or at work the next day.
If Monday-Friday just doesn't suit you, we can deliver on Saturdays before noon for an extra £19.99 or Monday-Friday guaranteed before noon for an extra £7.99. Please phone us on 01606 352277 to arrange this.
Gift Receipts
If you are buying a Reviber as a present and would like a gift receipt putting in the box (i.e without the price and passing ownership to the recipient) please request this at checkout.
Plain Packaging if Required
The Physio Massager will always have a DPD delivery bag wrapper. However, this is not necessary and therefore not standard for our other products but if you would like a plain plastic wrap for your order, for example to keep a Christmas or birthday present a surprise, please request this in the order comments at checkout or email or phone us before despatch and we will happily add this for free.

2 Days Delivery Time: Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Channel Islands
3-4 Days: Austria, Italy, Slovakia, Spain,
4-5 Days: Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Latvia
